We have an extensive customer support area on line that should answer most of your questions. Chances are that you are not the first person to have that problem, and that we have solved that particular difficulty before. Each site receives a personalized level of support.
Support Hours. Our support personnel are available longer than anyone else's (not including our competition's priority rates, which are typically much more costly). Further, each customer has a code that they can use to initiate a page to our technical support group at anytime. Planning and Marketing Support. We are constantly receiving and searching out information about the Internet and business which can help our customers.
