| .Email change (for host01 affected clients only) |
You can reach webmail through using
http://webmail,urdomain.com or for dial in clients,
http://webmail.officeonweb.net
you MUST use your full primary e-mail address. or the log in will fail
Outlook Express setup shown:

Change your userid from userid+yourdomain.com to userid
Select tools, account, mail

Select mail, then properties

The first dialog box needs no changes, select servers.

All new setups use the actual primary e-mail address the userid. If you are using a referrer, as show here, you will need to change
it to the primary mail address as shown in the diagram below. The + sign is changed to an @ so that the new log in becomes as the e-mail address. NOTE: if you are
using forwarders or park addresses for incoming mail, you must have this setting be the same as your primary e-mail name primary domain name (eg, if you have urdomain.com, urdomain, net
and urdomain.com is the main domain, and the e-mail name is myname, then the account userid is myname@urdomain.com, even if you commonly have main sent to your urdomain.net. Unless you
had a park mail disabled, both work for sends and receives, but log in must be myname@urdomain.com

That is it!. With the change shown, click OK and then close on the next menu.
Your password will not be affected with the following exceptions. PW of less than 6 characters, included a major part of the
account name, or added after the initial site install had their passwords reset to the master pw. These can be reset by giving us a call. You must be able to verify id to reset a password.
Perform this step for each account shown in Internet Accounts before proceeding.

It is VERY important to see the incoming side of a PW setting before attempting a sending operation. Failure to perform this
step of incoming only may cause you much grief, so please, -- receive only. Perform this step for each account shown in Internet Accounts before proceeding.

You should see a receiving and then a message stating how many messages you have not read. Congrats, your e-mail client is working and
you should be able to continue working just as before
You reset the PW when it first did not work and you got the error dialog asking you to try again. Recommend you do the following:

or-
Not working! I got an error.
Go back to the point shown here and enter the correct PW. Remember, f your old password was 4534 that is less than 6 characters
and it was reset, so you need to think of one 6 or more character and give us a call to reset the PW (with ID verify of course) "my account name is, and my old PW was".
Then try RECEIVE ONLY again. (See above)

If you played with settings to try and make it work anyway, you may need to recheck you another settings, such as connection.
Few try to change their connection, but if you did you may not be point to your LAN or modem. In that cause call the equipment provider.
We won't be able to help you with a hardware issue as we do not make switches or modems, etc.

If you use a certificate, you will need to regenerate it. Few do this and while the server OS is supposed to support this, we do not
use it and have no expertise in its use for the obvious reason that few sending us e-mail use a secure connection anyway, so why bother securing the last download to us.

If officeonweb is your dial up provider, these are the advanced setting normally used. The smtp port will need to be different and you
should call the network, cable or other provider. This and the next setting are the only ones they will ask you to change.

This is the second setting they will have you change. This is why you should use receive as two entities are involved in receiving (OfficeOnWeb)
and sending (OfficeOnWeb or another ISP such as a cable provider).

The MOST COMMON ERROR is typing error such as this one. Please check the typing very carefully. In this case the i was missed, and it
is very hard to see.

Since we must be protected from knowing our own password, the password area is starred. The length of the starts is rarely an indicator
of the length of the actual password entered
The MOST COMMON ERROR is typing error such as this one. You can overcome this by using cut and paste

Click the Start button, Programs, Accessories, and select Notepad. Enter the password where you can see it, cut it, (Ctnl-x) and it
should disappear, and past (Cntr-v) it and it will appear again, then paste it into the password section.

This will reduce the chance of an entry error in the password section.
